When we find ways to include our kids in our self-care and fitness routines it models the behaviors we want them to embody, and can be the beginning of lifelong healthy habits.

After this class, you will be able to:

  • Identify ways to safely include children of all ages into fitness routines
  • Create a plan to keep children engaged and interested in fitness
  • Develop simple ideas to keep the whole family moving
