How can we prioritize health and wellness in a positive way?
There can be a fine line between encouraging healthy habits in our children and creating negative thoughts about body image and self-perception. We want the best for our children, but often forget that they are watching how we treat ourselves and model their own behaviors after that.
After this workshop, you will be able to:
- Recognize the importance of modeling healthy behaviors for our children
- Identify ways to speak about our bodies that encourage body positivity for our children
- Develop a plan to include quick healthy practices into daily life and encourage healthy habits in kids without adding pressure or negative messages
