About This Workshop

Is your preschool or school age child keeping you up at night?
Does your child’s bedtime routine take hours?
Does your child make lots of extra requests after lights out?

This workshop features Dr. Lynelle Schneeberg, author of “Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor’s 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10.” We encourage you to read this book before the workshop, though it is not required. Dr. Schneeberg is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a professor at the Yale School of Medicine and the director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Sleep Center. This is your chance to ask all those sleep questions that have been on your mind.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Learn a gentle and gradual approach to help your child learn to fall asleep quickly, easily and independently at bedtime (and stay in his or her own bed all night!)
  • Learn how to manage those “call backs and curtain calls” that most children love to make after lights out!
