Does it feel impossible to take care of your family and yourself too? 

Do you feel guilty about making your own health a priority? 

Do you believe that healthy changes are just too challenging?

Here is the good news: Research tells us that mothers spending time on themselves - on relaxation and self-care - and not so much on housework, is associated with positive outcomes for children. Because you can't pour from an empty cup, you will learn practical strategies to prioritize health and wellness in your own life so that you can offer your best to your children and teach by being a positive role model. You will gain quick tips on:

  • Recognize different types of co-parenting relationships
  • Identify the impact of conflict on children
  • Apply strategies to help children cope and adjust
  • Avoid creating “loyalty binds” in children
  • Apply skills to develop a successful co-parenting plan
