About This Library

Your child may be struggling with anxiety and you might feel frustrated and helpless. You are not alone. In our complicated world, it is important for caregivers to recognize that we are the filters through which our children see the world. And we may pass on our emotional state to our kids. This library offers tools to help you and your children find that calm center that lets us enjoy peaceful, quality time together.
