A Wellness Benefit for Your Employees, Too

Support for the Parents on Your Payroll

Your teachers, counselors, and staff are parents too. Many of them are juggling parenting challenges at home while supporting their student community.
Peace at Home’s Parenting Solutions Portal provides expert guidance for every stage of family life, from pregnancy through young adulthood. Employees gain access to live and recorded workshops, quick videos, Family Matters resources, and one-on-one consultations, so the people supporting your students feel supported themselves.
Less burnout. Better retention. One resource, two wins for your community.

Peace at Home Can Help When….

A child who used to enjoy school suddenly doesn’t want to go. Homework ends in tears.

A once-talkative middle schooler becomes quieter. Friend drama takes over their mood. Conversations at home turn into arguments or shut down.

A high school student stays up later and later, starts falling behind, or pulls away from family, while stress about grades and the future builds.

Parents want to help, but instead of feeling confident, many feel unsure how to respond.

These are the moments when family support can make the difference between small struggles and bigger challenges that affect learning, behavior, and well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with Peace at Home.

+
What do we need to do to get started?

Not much. After a short discovery call, we set up and brand the portal, with no IT work on your side. You share a few details about your community, team size, and goals, then send out the launch materials we provide. The same toolkit reaches the families in your community and the parents on your staff, so one rollout supports both.

+
Is there a minimum number of parents or staff required?

We provide a launch toolkit, ready-to-use communication templates, and onboarding support, so you don't start from a blank page. Send the same invitation to families and staff. Live programming follows the school year each month, which gives you something timely to share with both groups.

+
Can this fit with what we already do for family engagement?

Yes. Our content covers a wide range of topics for parents from prenatal through young adult, so it can support the initiatives you already run, like family events, parent groups, and back-to-school programming. It also reaches the many educators and staff who are raising kids of their own, without a separate employee program.

+
Can you build a workshop around a specific need in our community?

Yes. Beyond our monthly live schedule, we create custom programming around your priorities, for your parent community, your staff, or both. Exclusive live workshops start at $2,400 per 60-minute session, with series discounts.

+
What does professional development look like for educators and staff?

Our professional development workshops are practical and research-informed, helping educators build confidence working with families. Staff who are parents benefit twice, since they also get the same parenting support your families do. Packages start at $2,800 for 10 sessions, and other options are available.

+
How do you handle privacy?

We don't hold PHI. To join, we only require a name and email. A few optional details help us tailor content, such as the year a child was born, caregiver type, and state (which sets the time zone for live sessions). We never report by individual. Your impact reports show aggregate data only.

+
Can we pay with PTA money, grants, or Title funds?

Yes. Many schools use PTA or PTO funds, and we can work with grants and Title funds. Tell us what you have in mind on your discovery call.

+
What's the difference between the shared and custom portals?

The shared portal is a Peace at Home portal with live and on-demand resources that multiple clients use. It includes quarterly aggregate reporting and is our most affordable option. The custom portal adds your own branding, lets us promote your school's resources, and comes with one exclusive workshop for your community. You can further customize a branded portal with additional exclusive workshops or discussions.

+
Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Our contracts are usually annual, but we're happy to start with a 6-month pilot or a single workshop.

+
How long does setup take?

We can provide you with registration and communication materials within 2 weeks for the shared portal and within 4 weeks for the custom portal.

+
Do parents have to attend live?

No. Parents and staff can register for live workshops and we email them the recording link and handouts. Even if they don't sign up, the recordings are stored on the portal.

+
Can we share Peace at Home content with our community? Is there a cost?

Yes. Sharing Peace at Home content with your community is included in your contract at no extra cost. We ask that you keep Peace at Home branding on all handouts and on any content you share with your community.

+
Can our counselors or teachers use Peace at Home materials to run their own parent groups?

Yes. Our quick video recordings and handouts are great tools for counselors, school psychologists, and teachers leading parent groups. We often work with your team to build a curriculum plan around how much time you have and which topics you want to cover.

+
Can we give input on the content and programs?

Yes, we’d love that. You can preview any exclusive workshop before we deliver it, and we’re happy to give you access to our portals to look around before you decide to get started. We deliver new material every month and are always looking for fresh ideas for workshops and discussions. Working with clients on exclusive workshops is one of our favorite things to do. We have a large catalog, but we also enjoy creating a new workshop or discussion around the challenges your staff or parent community is facing. With 40+ experts and their networks, we can find the right person to share the most current approaches.
