Employee Productivity Begins at Home

Your employees don’t stop being parents when they log on. Nearly half of full-time working parents say they couldn’t give 100% at work in the past year because they were juggling work and family. When parents feel supported at home, it shows at work.

The need is real, and it's growing.

Parenting doesn’t pause during the workday. When employers support working parents, they strengthen focus, engagement and retention across the whole team.

  2. We Configure Your Portal

Our team handles setup, branding and configuration, and your portal goes live with your organization’s logo and colors. It’s plug and play: beyond a few quick steps like safelisting our emails, there’s little for your IT team to do.

Helping Working Parents Thrive at Home, So They Can Excel at Work

Peace at Home connects working parents with proven solutions and compassionate support, so they can thrive at home and show up stronger at work. As part of your employee benefits for working parents, our programs give families practical tools they can use right away, without adding one more thing to manage.

Parents have limited time and energy, and they need guidance that works in real life. Our team of advanced-degree experts specializes in child development and parenting from prenatal through young adulthood, and we deliver that expertise in the ways busy parents can use it:

  • live, interactive workshops where they learn alongside their peers
  • on-demand resources for the moments that can’t wait
  • one-on-one consultations for the questions that call for a personal conversation

The common thread is human connection, between parents and our experts and between parents and each other. We bring people together to help families thrive, and the benefit shows up at home and at work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with Peace at Home.

+
How is Peace at Home different from our EAP?

Your EAP is built for crisis and short-term counseling. Peace at Home supports the everyday work of raising kids, from toddler tantrums to teen anxiety to caring for an aging parent, with expert-led workshops, on-demand resources and one-on-one consultations. We complement your EAP and wellness benefits rather than duplicate them.

+
Who can use it?

Any employee who is parenting or caregiving, at any stage from prenatal through young adulthood, including grandparents, co-parents and sandwich-generation employees caring for children and aging parents at the same time.

+
How quickly can we get started?

Most organizations are live within one week of signing. Our team handles portal setup, branding and orientations, so there is very little lift on your end.

+
What does your IT team need to do?

Very little. Setup is plug and play, with a few quick steps like safelisting our emails. A single sign-on option is available.

+
Can the portal carry our branding?

Yes. Your portal can be fully branded with your organization’s logo and colors, so employees see a seamless experience that reflects your organization.

+
What types of programs and content are included?

Live, interactive workshops and discussions, a growing on-demand library of videos, handouts, blogs and podcasts, and one-on-one consultations with advanced-degree parenting experts. New content is added every month, and we can build custom programming around your workforce’s needs, including programming for ERGs.

+
How do you help us drive participation?

We provide a launch toolkit, communication templates and a monthly schedule of live programming, so you always have something timely to share with employees. Plus we share weekly engagement emails to all portal users.

+
Is employee information kept private?

Yes. Peace at Home does not collect or store employees’ health information or details about their children, and employers see aggregate participation data, not individual employees’ questions.

+
How do you measure value and ROI?

You’ll receive regular impact reports covering workshop registrations, resource views and downloads, and satisfaction scores and testimonials. Our programs earn a 98% parent satisfaction rating and a 95% client renewal rate, and 96% of parents say our support makes them feel valued by their employer.

+
Is there a minimum number of employees?

No. We work with organizations of every size, from small nonprofits with 10 staff members to enterprise partners with thousands of employees, and our solutions and pricing scale to fit.

+
Is programming available in languages other than English?

Yes. We offer Spanish-language resources and workshops as part of our culturally responsive programming, and additional language support is in development. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

+
What does it cost?

Pricing depends on your organization’s size and the options you choose, with flexible annual plans for every budget. See the pricing section above, or contact us for a custom quote within one business day.
