Your child is growing up, and your role is changing. It’s wonderful to see them realize new dreams and make new goals, and it can also weigh on us as parents as we see our job changing and we are worried about missing our children. Our family which we have grown comfortable with is shifting our job changes as we now parent an emerging adult. All the while, our children are going through their own major transition and we want to support them emotionally and financially while also teaching them self-care and independence.
