Heather Kobylinski, MA (she/her) is a certified Student Assistance Counselor at Glen Ridge High School in New Jersey, where she is a member of the District Crisis Management Team providing counseling for groups, individuals, parents and colleagues. She facilitates group counseling for students requiring support for anxiety, social skills, bereavement and depression. Heather is also the coordinator/case manager of the High School Intervention and Referral Services and Section 504/ADA committee. She holds a masters degree in counseling with a concentration in substance abuse and is trained in Psychological First Aid and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Heather is Board Certified Coach and owner of Resfeber Coaching LLC. She also serves on the Lead Response team for the Rutgers UBHC Traumatic Loss Coalition of Essex County. She additionally provides support in the areas of mental health, academic planning, bereavement and parenting. She is a trustee serving the Glen Ridge Municipal Alliance Committee, Juvenile Conference Committee, and the Essex County Chapter of the Association of Student Assistance Professionals.Heather and her husband are parents of two young adults and she serves a Peace at Home Coach.
