Having a baby is an exciting time in your life. Whether this is your first or third, each arrival brings great joy and new challenges. When you add the transition out to Family Leave and then back to work, plus an ever-changing “new normal,” you deserve an army of support. That’s where the LEGO Welcome Baby, Welcome Back to Work Program comes in.  Classes, Conversations and Coaching will help you and your peer colleagues more easily master new beginnings for you and your baby.

First Classes, our Welcome Baby Solution Series Library gives you 24/7 access to specific parenting challenges. Each Flash Class includes an easily digestible (15 min+/-)  Video and Handouts that unlock a key piece of the parenting puzzle.  Click on any title below and watch the video as often as you would like and share the handouts with your caregiving partner.

Next are Conversations, led by Peace at Home Parenting experts.  Come together with your LEGO Colleagues to learn, share and gain support.  If you miss a conversation, the recording and handouts will be posted below and in your course catalog. In 2022, we will be meeting quarterly, and links to register will be included here as well as on your live calendar.  Don’t worry – we will send you a reminder each quarter too! Here is the Q1 Conversation scheduled:
