About this Workshop

Are you part of the Sandwich Generation?  Raising kids while also managing relationships with your own parents? Balancing both roles can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to stay that way.

This previously hosted session is for parents and grandparents. It helps you improve communication and conflict. You’ll learn how to create a more unified approach to raising children across generations.

When roles shift, challenges can arise. Parenting styles may differ. Misunderstandings can happen easily. With the right tools, your family can build stronger and more respectful relationships.

In this recorded workshop, you’ll learn simple and actionable strategies. These will help you manage the unique challenges of the Sandwich Generation. You’ll also build cooperation, clarity, and consistency for your children.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Set clear, respectful boundaries
  • Communicate parenting values without conflict
  • Manage differences in discipline, routines, and other issues
  • Involve grandparents without overstepping
  • Build trust across generations
  • Create a more peaceful, united family where everyone can thrive.
