About this Workshop

Is bedtime a battle in your house? You’re not alone. From stalling, tantrums, and night wakings in toddlers to worries and fears, anxiety, nightmares, and late-night screen habits in school-aged kids, sleep problems are among the most common—and exhausting—challenges parents face.

Join Lisa Meltzer, PhD for this live, interactive workshop where she’ll take the stress out of bedtime and help you better understand your child’s sleep. You’ll learn what healthy sleep really looks like, what might be getting in the way of restful nights, and how to create routines that work for your family.

Whether your preschooler still needs a nap or your 8-year-old can’t fall asleep without you, we’ll offer clear, evidence-based tools that make bedtime smoother and mornings a whole lot easier.

Please ask questions and share your experiences during the session.  If you would like to request a specific topic to be covered, please email us ahead of time at solutions@peaceathomeparenting.com
