About This Workshop

What’s a hot topic? Issues that are complex, create uncertainty about the future,  trigger past losses or traumas and result in tension in the family or in the workplace.

Colleagues may be discussing politics or controversial topics in the workplace. Your kids may be asking hard questions about the issues. You may be struggling with maintaining a calm, positive perspective on the job and as a family member. You are not alone.

Join us for this virtual live workshop to learn proven tools and strategies to calmly and effectively navigate tough conversations and stressful situations, at work, at home with your kids and colleagues.

While the blurry lines between work and home can make it hard to leave stress at the door, the good news is that the skills working parents need to manage the anxiety of work, home, and the world are the same.
