About this Workshop

Strong parent-teen relationships are one of the most powerful protective factors for mental health. Join Peace at Home Expert Suzanne Levy PhD  for an engaging one-hour workshop, where you will learn practical tools to build trust, improve communication, and create emotional safety at home.

You will discover how to recognize signs of emotional distress, respond to difficult emotions with confidence, and have meaningful conversations that help teens feel understood, supported, and connected. Whether your teen is struggling, pulling away, or simply navigating the challenges of adolescence, this workshop offers research-informed strategies that can strengthen your relationship and support their wellbeing.
