About This Workshop

The recent tragedy in Buffalo has left many parents looking for providing guidance and resources on how to talk to our kids about racism, violence and hate crimes. If you are and struggling on how to tackle this difficult conversation with your kids, we’d here to support you. Please join Dr. Tanika Eaves and Aaron Weintraub.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Talk about differences in a positive, supportive way to children of all ages
  • Find out the right time to begin talking to your child about race and racism
  • Find common barriers that parents run into when addressing racism and how to overcome them
