About This Workshop

Navigating fertility issues with peace and confidence can be challenging. Join this open-ended conversation with Dr. Anna Koehle, an innovative trauma-informed adoption and infertility consultant,  to explore how to recognize feelings of grief and loss as well as other emotions. You’ll discover effective approaches to creating healthy boundaries with friends and family — including sharing information about treatment. Together we will consider strategies for managing the stress of fertility care and treatment. We’ll wrap up with a discussion about managing expectations and finding our healthy coping strategies.
